Product Description
After the perlite is puffed, it is ground and winnowed. It is carefully grinded through many grades to make the surface of the particles uneven, so that the filter cake can be squeezed each other during the forming process. The final product surface is jagged, and they will bite each other. The connection forms a rough filter gap, in which there are many inline channels, which are small enough to block micron-sized particles, but at the same time have a porosity of 80%—90%, retaining a high continuous permeability.
